Private room for rent at a great location!
AVAILABLE on November 1 (or as early as Oct 24)!

Spacious private room, great location in East Cambridge: Looking for a third male roommate in 3BD/1BR East Cambridge apartment beginning October or November (for a one year lease).

Third-floor unit, with free laundry in the basement. Central HVAC (AC and heating). Gorgeous roof deck, great for spring and summer entertaining.

Twin City Plaza (with Star Market and Dollar Tree) is a four-minute walk away. Excellent access to transit, ~10 minute walk from both the Red Line (Kendall/MIT) and the Green Line (Lechmere). Approx. 15 min walk to MIT, and just a quick stroll to Kendall Square, Cambridge Crossing (Tatte's, Lamplighter, REI), and the CambridgeSide Mall. Great selection of bars and restaurants on Cambridge Street a couple of blocks away.

Roommates are two male working professionals in their 30s. A bit about ourselves: Recent MIT grads who work in urban planning, enjoy cooking, and occasionally hanging out in the kitchen/ living room and work to keep all common areas clean and neat.

Rent is $1098/month. Water included in rent. Average utility bill (electricity, gas, internet) ranges from $60-100/month per person, depending on season. Please reach out with information about yourself and thank you!!
