I am the current resident in this room. I chose this place because it is close enough to Boston but there is a relaxing vibe in Watertown. It did not disappoint me. My room is soooo big!!! I could never expect this size in Boston. It is fully furnished with nice furnitures. The bed is extremely comfortable and new. The window is big with lots of sunshine and has a nice view overlooking the swimming pool. The building is very well-maintained. There are cleaning staff working every day including weekend. The office organizes the deliveries in the mail room, not like a typical Boston building where the mail is randomly thrown on the first floor. It takes me 10 minutes to commute to Boston. My roommate is quiet and easygoing. I truly feel relaxed after returning to my apartment everyday. I am going to miss this place a lot. The apartment is absolutely great value in Boston.
