찰스강 산책로가 가까워 조깅하기 좋고, 자전거 전용 도로가 잘 갖춰져 있어 하버드까지 자전거 통학도 가능합니다. 도보 10~15분 거리에 70·71번 버스 정류장이 있어 센트럴 스퀘어와 Waltham 방면 이동도 편리합니다. 다만 차나 자전거가 있으시면 더욱 쾌적하게 생활하실 수 있어요.
안전하고 조용한 주거 환경을 갖추고 있으며, 시큐리티 카드 없이는 건물 출입이 불가합니다.

Located in East Watertown, right on the Cambridge border, you can reach downtown Boston in about 10 minutes by car. Target, Home Depot, and Best Buy are all within a 2–3 minute drive, and Arsenal Yards is nearby with restaurants, a movie theater, grocery stores, and Starbucks.
The Charles River path is a short distance away, making it great for jogging, and the well-developed bike lanes make it easy to cycle to Harvard. The 70 and 71 bus lines are a 10–15 minute walk and connect to Central Square and Waltham. Having a car or bike makes getting around even more convenient.
The building is safe and quiet, with keycard-only access.
To keep our home a comfortable space for both of us, I have two house guidelines:
