달크로즈 음악 놀이/ Dalcroze Group Lesson / Music,Movement,Piano > 학원,튜터링 보스톤코리아

안녕하세요. Needham에서 9/17일 토요일부터 음악 그룹 수업이 있습니다. 

매주 토요일 2시반 3.5세이상 아이들(처음 음악 수업 하는 친구들),3시15분 5세이상 아이들(피아노와 함께하는)class로 작년부터 각 class에 6명정도로 구성되어 운영되었습니다. Dalcroze 교육이 무엇인지 그리고 이번 학기 수업플랜을 사진 첨부로 간략히 공유합니다. 3세부터 7,8세까지의 아이들을 만나고 가르치고 있는데 정말 좋은 철학을 가진 달크로즈 음악 교육을 보스턴 코리아를 통해 우리나라 아이들에게까지 전해졌으면 하는 마음으로 수업을 소개 해봅니다.

The three main branches of Dalcroze music education that children will experience
through classes: Eurhythmics, Solfège, and Improvisation:
1. Eurhythmics is the experience of physically feeling a variety of aspects and qualities of
music through rhythmic movements and active listening. The body becomes an instrument
that expresses various musical elements such as tempo, rhythm, dynamics, phrase, and form.
Students respond freely to music, or in specific ways based on the given exercise, with
stepping, clapping, swinging, gesturing, or using the whole body.
2. Solfege is ear and voice training. Dalcroze Solfege involves sight singing and listening
activities, vocal improvisation, as well as the study of do-do scales. The use of the singing
voice helps students internalize the aural image of a musical sound. This is called inner
hearing. Students experience singing with pitch syllables to develop acute listening and
recognition of specific musical notes.
3. Improvisation requires responding, in the moment, to the stimulus of one's immediate
environment, inner feelings, or to a musical concept or idea. Students have the opportunity to
create their own spontaneous music using a variety of musical subjects and forms, as well as
create their own pieces, playing alone or with a partner. In the process, various scales,
modes, rhythms, and playing techniques are learned through curiosity, exploration,
expressing feelings, and by putting musical knowledge into action.

아이들이 자라면서 많은 부모님들께서 악기 레슨을 시켜주십니다. 저는 아이들의 음악성을 먼저 발견하고 아이들의 좋은 리듬을 찾아주고 아이들이 충분히 음악안에서 음악적으로 자라날 수 있도록 즐거운 놀이 수업을 합니다. 먼저 음악을 경험한 아이들은 어떤 악기를 배우더라도 즐길줄 알고 더욱 음악적으로 연주하게 됩니다. 

Discovery-based learning. 아이들 한명 한명이 주인공이 되고 자기 자발적인 참여로 진행되는 수업입니다. 선생님과 아이들이 소통하는 수업으로 어느 것 하나 주입식으로 아이들에게 가르치지 않습니다. 아이들은 자신의 몸을 움직여 음악안에서 충분히 경험한 뒤 스스로 '내가 경험한것이 이것이구나!' 하고 깨닫게 되는 마법같은 순간들을 경험하게 됩니다. 

More than Music! 달크로즈 수업은 음악교육이면서도 그룹안에서 아이들의 집중력, 사회성, 자기조절, 자신감, 창의력, 상상력 등의 많은 성장 발달이 이뤄집니다.
