Apartment is located 1 minute walk, right around the corner, from a wonderful park and playground. Incredibly easy access to Mass Pike as well as the express bus downtown or mass transit into Waltham, Belmont, Cambridge, and Newton. Off street parking in a private lot available.
Rent is $2,200 per month with utilities not included, and we are asking for first/last month and $2,200 in security deposit for move-in.
